We employed Manton Building Contractors to add a single-story kitchen extension to our 18 th Century house in Pewsey. Our home has been totally transformed by this simple addition which converted an existing dining room into a large kitchen diner.

Shane offered us a very competitive quote compared to others who bid for the work. The quote was fixed and did not become more expensive other than minor unforeseen additions. To put this into
perspective, our house is a difficult one for access and building work. There is no vehicle access to the part of the site where the extension was built. The work was therefore laborious and difficult.

We found Shane to be trustworthy reliable and honourable. He was pleasure to work with. Although no building project ever goes completely to plan and this one was no exception, Shane resolved all issues with great tact and the completed project has resulted in great new addition to our home.

Shane offers a fantastic service, from creating a well planned budget through to delivery, his work was always prompt and well executed. Whilst working for us on our garage conversion he was very consciensious of the neighbours and delt with any problems quickly. I would recommend his services and hope to use him for future projects

Our garden is looking excellent now, the artificial grass you laid looks superb and the boys will be on that all year. The patio, BBQ area, outbuilding, pathways were all built to a very high standard. The attitude of yourself and your staff was always very friendly.
